As a Network & Security Engineer (Operations), you are the critical connection, the "heartbeat" of our clients' network and security environments. This operations role is focused on the proactive maintenance and support of cutting-edge infrastructure to ensure continuous, smooth operation and deliver a top-quality customer experience within our international and collaborative team.

What you’ll be doing 

• Be the heartbeat of our clients’ network & security environments; monitor, maintain, and support cutting-edge infrastructure to keep everything running smoothly.
• Ensure service continuity by acting fast: triaging alerts, correlating events, and managing incidents using LogicMonitor.
• Dig into network, firewall, and infrastructure issues with confidence to troubleshoot, solve, and improve them.
• Take ownership of upgrades by proactively following up on software, firmware, and hardware lifecycle across technologies like Palo Alto, Cisco, Fortigate, and more.
• Propose, plan, and execute proactive upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities that boost stability, security, and long-term reliability.
• Keep our environments compliant by following and championing high operational and security standards.
• Document clearly and consistently, ensuring great communication and transparency.
• Work both independently and as part of a tight, supportive team, always striving to deliver top-quality service and create an amazing customer experience.

Requirements

• Strong English skills for a collaborative, international environment.
• Experience in managing and monitoring enterprise-level network and security infrastructure. Proficiency with at least one or more major platforms in the following areas is required, with exposure to others being a strong asset:
  • Security: Next-Generation Firewalls (e.g., Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Fortinet, Cisco FTD).
  • Monitoring & Observability: Network Performance Monitoring (e.g., LogicMonitor, Nagios, SolarWinds, Datadog).
  • Core Networking: Enterprise Switching/Routing and Wireless (e.g., Cisco Catalyst/Nexus/Meraki, Juniper, HP Aruba).
