As a Senior Manager, you will define business plans for your group and lead offshore business activities, including sales support, opportunity analysis, pre-study, implementation, and upgrade projects for both existing and new customers.

This is a key leadership role responsible for managing a group of managers, ensuring smooth offshore operations, achieving business targets, and overseeing projects end-to-end with a strong focus on quality, delivery, and contractual compliance. 

• Lead and manage offshore delivery teams across multiple projects.
• Execute business and delivery plans aligned with division and company objectives.
• Ensure projects are delivered with high quality, on time, within budget and scope.
• Monitor delivery performance, including quality, risks, changes, and financial status, and report to division leadership.
• Act as a key escalation point for delivery and customer-related issues.
• Maintain effective communication with customers (especially Japanese clients) and internal stakeholders.
• Build, mentor, and develop managers and key members through performance management and career development.
• Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes, quality standards, and operational KPIs.
• Support pre-sales, estimation, and proposal reviews when required.
• Take on additional responsibilities to support operational and organizational improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in software development, including at least 5 years in a senior management role (Senior Manager level or higher).
• Strong experience in offshore delivery management, preferably for Japanese clients.
• Solid experience in business planning, business documentation, and executive-level presentations.
• Proven track record in budget management, project estimation, quality management, resource management, and risk management.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices (Waterfall, Agile/Scrum)
• Experience managing large-scale or multi-project environments.
• Fluent Japanese communication and negotiation skills (JLPT N2 or above).
• Strong leadership capabilities with a demonstrated ability to drive execution and deliver results.
