Banking’s future demands a new foundational architecture. We’re seeking a visionary Principal AI Architect to help structure our leadership’s thinking and turn ambitious concepts into practical blueprints and robust systems.

Your Impact

As our AI Architect, you will:

• Shape and champion our Agentic Banking Architecture, translating visionary ideas into a concrete, scalable framework.
• Design and architect AI-first, cloud-native solutions that form the backbone of our agentic approach.
• Lead the integration of large language models (LLMs) and other advanced AI technologies into modular, production-grade systems
• Collaborate closely with executives, product strategists, engineers, and data scientists to ensure our architecture reflects both the future of banking and practical implementation.
• Define and implement best practices for AI workloads, including optimization for performance, security, and cost-efficiency across Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Guide the evolution of our AI pipelines, ensuring automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement are core capabilities.
• Serve as a thought partner for leadership, structuring and evolving the ideas that will define banking for the next decade.

What you bring

• Deep experience in architecting and deploying AI/ML systems in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP) 
• Proven expertise in Python, Java, .Net, or similar languages.
• Strong understanding of machine learning principles, with hands-on knowledge of frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Experience designing APIs and cloud-native architectures for scalable, distributed systems.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD best practices.
• A track record of thinking beyond code—structuring complex problems and translating strategic concepts into technical solutions.
• Passion for exploring new technologies and pioneering ideas that challenge the status quo.

Nice to have

• Background in MLOps tools and practices.
• Experience building data pipelines and working with modern data engineering stacks.
• Exposure to generative AI, NLP, or computer vision in production settings.
• Certifications in relevant cloud platforms (e.g., Azure AI Engineer, AWS Machine Learning Specialty).
• Prior experience aligning technical architectures with C-level strategy discussions.
