- Build review, and update operational processes in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements and internal standards.
- Monitor the implementation of processes in operational projects to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
- Conduct regular internal audits and support preparation for external audits.
- Analyze root causes when process deviations are detected and propose corrective and preventive actions.
- Train and guide relevant personnel on processes and quality standards.
- Report inspection and audit results and recommend process improvements to management.

[Required]
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in QA/QC, especially in process management and ISO 9001.
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and process improvement tools (PDCA, 5 Why, FMEA, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in process development, report writing, and clear presentation skills; experienced in using project management tools such as JIRA.
- Language: English proficiency, TOEIC ≥ 650, TOEIC Speaking ≥ 110.
[Nice to have]
- Ability to communicate in Korean.
- Experience in project management.
