About the Role:

Join our Identity & Access Management (IAM) Team to lead the engineering and assurance of Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) controls across all FWD markets. You will deliver CIAM capabilities, enhance IT Security solutions, and collaborate globally to ensure secure and seamless customer identity experiences.

Requirements:

As an IAM Security Engineering (CIAM), you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of CIAM solutions (on-premises and cloud).
• Integrate customer applications with CIAM platforms and implement customized use cases (User Registration, Social Login, Privacy & Consent Management, etc.).
• Drive IT Security Engineering initiatives, define operational requirements, and manage project resources.
• Collaborate with Cyber Incident Response and Threat Intel teams to address risks and drive improvements.
• Ensure CIAM policy setup, audit compliance, and governance framework implementation.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in CIAM solution design, development, and implementation.
• Proven track record with CIAM platforms (Auth0, Okta, ForgeRock, Ping Identity).
• Strong knowledge of CIAM technologies (LDAP, SAML/OAUTH, MFA, Adaptive Authentication, FIDO, WebAuthN, Passwordless).
• Experience with API Access Management, fraud prevention, and customer data migration.
• Working knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure), web protocols (XML, SOAP, JSON, REST), and Agile methodology.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Nice To Have: 

• Programming experience (Java, JavaScript), DevOps tools, directory services (LDAP, AD), and experience building strong partnerships across teams.
