We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic technical infrastructure professional to join our IT team. This role reports directly to the Snr Infrastructure Manager.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and support LAN/Wifi/WAN, multi-site networks, VPN, and SD-WAN.
• Implement and operate network security solutions including NGFW, ZTNA, and proxy policies.
• Monitor network performance and security, troubleshoot incidents, and perform routine maintenance.
• Maintain network documentation, standards, and asset inventories.
• Support infrastructure projects and other assigned initiatives.

Must have:

• Minimum 3+ years of deep hands-on experience with LAN/Wifi/WAN, VPN, SD-WAN, and multi-site networks…
• Strong expertise in network security: NGFW, ZTNA, segmentation, device hardening
• Network monitoring, performance tuning, and root cause analysis
• Solid understanding of network protocols (BGP, OSPF, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP…)
• Strong troubleshooting skills and good English communication.

Nice to have:

• Hybrid cloud networking (AWS/Azure/GCP connectivity, Direct Connect, Transit Gateway…)
• Network automation using Python, Ansible, or vendor APIs
• Owning CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet NSE 7: Solution Specialist, VMware VCP-NV, or AWS Certified Advanced Networking-Specialty certification would be advantageous
