MEGAZONE Vietnam is looking for 2 System Monitoring Operators to continuously monitor our production systems and ensure 24/7 operational stability. You will be responsible for watching system dashboards, monitoring tools, and alert screens to detect incidents, and immediately escalating critical issues to the US engineering team. This role is crucial for maintaining uptime and ensuring smooth system operations.
What You Will Do:
- Incident detection and recovery management
- Major Incident Classification
- Real-time situation log during the incident response meeting
- Drafting of relevant departmental notices and incident reports
- Recovery Instructions and Escalation
- Participation in weekly meetings
- Report the results of post-incident measures to the KR team
- Maintaining records of minor incidents occurring during work
- Participation in KR team meetings and fulfilment of support roles

- On-Call Operations Tool Experience. (Dynatrace, LMS, LGTM, Grafana Analysis).
- 24x7 Operating System Experience.
- Shift work and Global On-call support experience.
- Understanding the fundamentals of cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Logs, Metrics, Trace Analysis.
- DBMS Performance Analysis.
- Application error stack analysis.
- Lead collaboration capabilities
- Good communication skills, especially in English (speaking required for calling the US team).
