What you’ll be doing 

You will be a key player working closely with the Corporate IT Teams to ensure our global business users have a flawless, secure, and cutting-edge digital environment. You're not just fixing tickets—you're optimizing our entire end-user fleet and infrastructure.

Your Impact (What You'll Be Doing):

• Hardware & Procurement Guru: Manage the lifecycle of all employee and office hardware, from procurement and stock to maintenance and deployment.
• System & OS Maestro: Own the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of operating systems (Windows/Mac) and core employee software (MS Office, Google Workspace).
• MDM controller: Manage our End User Computers with our Intune and Jamf MDM system. Facilitate new functionality / compliancy requirements by configuring new configuration profiles , policies and apps
• Identity & Access Champion: Manage user accounts and access with OneLogin IDP across essential platforms like Google Workspace, Jira, Splunk, and Bitdefender.
• SaaS & Tooling Master: Handle administrator management, onboarding, and offboarding for a multitude of SaaS licenses and IT tools.
• Network & Office Tech Guardian: Provide hands-on support for our office network (LAN, WLAN, internet access, printing) and manage office copiers.
• Security Enforcer: Drive patch management for operating systems and antivirus software, and ensure awareness of crucial data backup principles.
• Incident Responder: Take charge of incident and service request tickets, ensuring quick resolution and high user satisfaction.

Requirements

• Junior-level with a strong technical background, preferably a Bachelor's degree in IT.
• Communication: Fluent in English (written and oral).
• Solid grasp of IT fundamentals: networks, hardware, and domains.
• Proficiency with operating systems like Windows and Mac.
• Familiarity with leading software packages: MS Office, MS Outlook, Google Workspace.
• Comfortable with network and computer devices.
• A genuine passion for building, configuring, replacing, and troubleshooting EUC hardware, software, and office devices (printers, meeting room tech).
• Affinity for Google Workspace.
• Experience with deploying, maintaining, and upgrading virtual application/desktop environments.
• Communication: Fluent in English (written and oral).
• Possess a 'growth mindset' and a relentless curiosity, always seeking new knowledge and better ways of working.

Nice To Have

• Affinity with deploying, maintaining, and upgrading virtual application, desktop environments is desired
• Affinity with Google Workspace is considered as a plus
