NEXON DEV VINA is looking for web developers to build web services, platforms, and HTML5-based games
across multiple environments including desktop, mobile, and tablet.
This role allows candidates to focus on one primary track: Frontend, Backend, or HTML5 Game Development,
while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Common Responsibilities
- Develop web services and HTML5 games
- Maintain and improve existing services and games
- Collaborate with designers, planners, and engineers
- Build rapid prototypes based on requirements
- Support multiple device environments (PC, mobile, tablet)
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Participate in the full project lifecycle from planning to delivery
Frontend Developer
- Develop browser-based web applications
- Implement UI and interactions based on UX requirements
- Build and maintain shared UI components and design systems
- Integrate REST APIs and handle asynchronous data
- Optimize web performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility
- Build responsive web interfaces
Backend Developer
- Develop backend systems for web services and platforms
- Design and implement RESTful APIs
- Build data processing, account management, and authorization systems
- Design and manage databases using RDBMS or NoSQL
- Implement server-side and business logic
- Participate in logging, monitoring, and service stability improvements
HTML5 Game Developer
- Develop and maintain HTML5-based web games
- Implement game logic, animations, and user interactions
- Collaborate with designers to build game content
- Build web games that run across multiple devices
- Debug and optimize game performance
- Design game architecture based on web standards

Requirements (Common)
- Entry-level or up to 2 years of professional experience
- Basic understanding of web technologies
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with Git-based version control
- Familiarity with Linux environments
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- Good communication skills and collaborative mindset
- Logical thinking and problem-solving ability
Track-specific Requirements
Frontend
- Experience with React, Vue.js, or similar frameworks
- Understanding of REST API integration and asynchronous communication
- Experience with responsive web design
- Ability to handle cross-browser compatibility issues
Backend
- Experience with either Java or Node.js
- Understanding of RESTful API concepts
- Basic knowledge of RDBMS, SQL, or NoSQL databases
- Interest in server-side development and data processing
HTML5 Game
- Understanding of web game development principles and web standards
- Knowledge of game physics, animation, and interaction
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
- Experience handling cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
- Experience with game debugging and performance optimization
- Experience with responsive web technologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Canvas-based libraries
- Experience with WebGL or other web-based 3D technologies
- Experience in 2D or 3D game development
- Experience with TypeScript
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines or DevOps environments
- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP
- Open attitude toward code reviews and technical discussions
