The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for: 

• Gathering and documenting business requirements 

• Ensuring traceability across change initiatives 

• Writing workflows and process documentation 

• Managing work items and backlogs in Rally 

• Performing data analysis to support decision-making 

• Producing reporting, metrics, and dashboards 

• Identifying inefficiencies and redundant processes 

• Recommending improvements across Workplace streams 

• Driving process automation and tool consolidation 

• Supporting operational and process-driven activities 

• Aligning productivity opportunities with organisational goals 

• Maintaining continuity in tracking and delivery outcomes

• Fluent English required

• Strong communication and stakeholder management across varied business levels 

• Skilled in identifying stakeholders, gathering requirements, and tracing them through testing and acceptance 

• Experience working across multiple technology platforms and environments 

• Proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives and drive operational efficiency 

• Familiarity with managing work items and documentation in tools like Rally

• Tertiary qualified is desirable
