Project Management

• Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Break down requirements into actionable tasks
• Coordinate daily with development teams
• Monitor quality, risks, and delivery timelines
• Support release decisions and escalation when needed

Business Analysis

• Translate business goals and client requests into clear requirements
• Define business and non-functional requirements
• Explain requirements clearly in English to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Create lean, practical documentation (only when necessary)

Communication & Coordination

• Daily/weekly discussions with the CEO (in English)
• Meetings with overseas clients, including European counterparts 
• Direct communication with Vietnamese engineers (no bridge required)
• Ensure alignment between business intent and development reality

Remuneration Package:

• Salary Up to 3,500 USD (with 13th month Salary)
• 2-Month probationary period with 100% salary

• Are uncomfortable making decisions with incomplete information

Must Have:

• Mandatory Requirements: Advanced to near-native spoken English (Able to: Lead meetings in English, Summarize complex issues instantly, Propose options and explain risks verbally) 
• Strong background in IT, SaaS, or system integration environments (At least 5-10 years preferred) 
• Confidence to clarify, question, and challenge ideas, even with senior stakeholders
• Strong logical thinking and structuring skills
• Able to structure and clarify incomplete or ambiguous information, identifying context, assumptions, and constraints to support sound decision-making 

Nice to Have (Plus Points)

• Japanese language skills (Japanese language skills are not mandatory, considered a strong plus) 
• Experience working with overseas clients 
• Product development experience 
• Fintech / Trading / FX industry exposure 
• PM/BA certifications (PMP, Scrum, BABOK, etc.)
