For one of our clients, TOG Recruitment is looking for a Senior Accountant / General Office Management, to work in Ho Chi Minh City. Our client is from the Netherlands and they are a global leader in pharmacy automation. They manufacture advanced high-end products and provide innovative solutions for the safe distribution of medications. They challenge themselves to combine technology, creativity, and their insights to create progressive, efficient, and unique systems that can improve patients’ lives. Cooperation with various partners makes our client a strong brand. They do all this with a team of about 80 employees in the Netherlands and 21 employees in Vietnam.
This position will cover accounting, HR administration and general office management. Distributed time allocation will be Financial (40%), HR (40%), Legal (10%) and Administration (10%).
We look forward to your experience and knowledge about Personal Income Tax, Insurance Process, and Labor Law. Additionally, we expect the new team member to have an Excellent organizational and multitasking ability to ensure that operations align with the company's goals.
When you are Advanced / Fluent(ish) in English and with a minimum 10 years' working experience, living in Ho Chi Minh City, looking for a long term commitment position, this will be a perfect match.
Our client is looking for a trusted professional who in the future will manage the whole back office and (possibly) guide the process of opening a company limited in 2026.

Knowledge of Vietnam accounting laws and principles and relevant legal statutes

Proven experience and knowledge about Personal Income Tax, Insurance Process, Labour Law.

Relevant legal knowledge is considered a plus.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to ensure that operations align with the company’s goals.

Excellent skills in MS Office software

Well-organized, reliable, and cooperative personality and good pressure resistance, a positive thinker, logically thinking, proactive, result oriented with strong work ethics, able to get well with the team as well as contribute to building a great work culture, highly organized and able to develop systems and processes, prioritize, schedule tasks etc.

The person for his position should also have the experience and ambition to become the ‘Business Support Manager’ in charge of all back office tasks and activities in 1-2 years time.
