WHAT YOU DO
- Format laptops and install necessary software and updates
- Provide technical support to consultants on hardware and software issues.
- Provide technical support for the Google Work Space platform
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems on laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
- Manage and maintain an inventory of hardware and software assets
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other IT staff
- Learn and develop skills in cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of cloud-based solutions
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends
- Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders

- Several years of experience in desktop support or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Experience with Google Work Space platform
- Experience with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (preferred but not required)
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred but not required)
- Good English in writing and speech (B1 level or higher) is a must
