RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operation and maintain the customer’s system
• Define and design ServiceNow architecture aligned with business requirements and best practices. 
• Ensure platform scalability, security, and performance. 
• Lead development teams in implementing ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.). 
• Provide guidance on coding standards, integration patterns, and platform governance. 
• Present technical solutions and roadmaps to stakeholders. 
• Report to team leader/customer

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields. 
• At least 5 years' experience, strong experience with ServiceNow platform architecture and development. Experience in large-scale ServiceNow implementations. 
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), workflows, and integrations (REST/SOAP). 
• Having experience in relational database, MySQL, Microsoft SQL and No-SQL database. 
• Good at English communication skill. 
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (SAP, Salesforce, Azure, etc.) 
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) or Security Operations. 
• Having skill problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills. 
• Passionate about programming, innovation, and solving challenging problems. 
• Have more other programming language is plus.
