Bouygues Construction IT Vietnam is looking for a Full‑stack Developer (Middle/Senior) to join our international development team. You will participate in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise applications for our global business units. 

You will collaborate closely with technical leaders in Vietnam and France, Morocco contributing to high-quality software delivery for long-term and large‑scale projects.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize full‑stack applications using Java, PHP, .NET, and JavaScript.
• Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, and technical discussions.
• Implement clean, scalable, and well‑structured code following coding standards and best practices.
• Ensure application quality through unit tests, integration tests, and code reviews. 
• Work closely with teams in France and Morocco to provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and propose enhancements or optimizations.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and Agile development ceremonies.

• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in full‑stack development.
• Strong proficiency in at least one backend language (Java, PHP, or .NET) and good understanding of the others.
• Hands‑on experience with JavaScript and at least one modern front‑end framework (ReactJS, VueJS, Angular…).
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, software architecture patterns, and clean coding practices.
• Experience with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL) and version control systems (Git).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Agile/Scrum practices, and application deployment workflows are an advantage.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) or microservices is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, problem‑solving mindset, and ability to work both independently and in close collaboration with international teams.
• Strong proficiency in English. French skill is an advantage.
