• Participate in projects focused on Salesforce development, system enhancement, and innovative solution design.
• Develop and implement high‑quality Salesforce features using Apex, Triggers, LWC, Aura Components, and related technologies.
• Configure Salesforce objects, permissions, CRMA dashboards, and reports according to business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Manage the integration between Salesforce and external systems.
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance through best practices, testing, and documentation.
• Support large‑scale Salesforce org operations, including data management for environments with millions of records.

[Required]

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator & Developer.
• Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience with:
•  Apex Classes, Triggers, LWC, Aura Components, Developer Console
• Salesforce configuration: Objects, Permissions, CRMA, Reports
• SOQL, SAQL, SOSL
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems.
• Experience managing Salesforce orgs with over 500 users.
• Experience handling large-scale datasets (over 10M records).
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving skills, and communication ability.
• Familiarity with Custom Aura Component UI development.

[Preferred]

• Java / JavaScript (RUI) development experience.
• Experience developing with Spring Framework.
• Experience with MySQL or other RDBMS and SQL development.
• Experience using Git, Jira, and other collaboration tools.
• Experience in web application development or BizActor development.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in cloud environments (e.g., GCP).
• Strong SQL skills.
