As a  Senior AI Engineer within Dirox Labs, you are the "Gear Maker." You don't just follow algorithms; you architect the advanced tools that allow our clients to scale the steepest summits of the digital landscape.

• Forge the Gear: Lead the R&D efforts to create internal IP, AI Agents, and Accelerators that speed up delivery and provide unique value to our partners.
• Secure the Ascent: Ensure the robustness of AI solutions against vulnerabilities like prompt injection, acting as a "Shield" for our clients' data.
• Bridge the Intelligence: Collaborate with Dirox Studio and Insights to integrate complex LLMs and RAG systems into actionable business roadmaps.
• Sherpa Mentorship: Foster a culture of "Deep Understanding" by mentoring team members in AI principles and generative AI best practices.

WHAT YOU'LL DO ("THE CLIMB")

To provide "Peace of Mind" through technology, you will:

• Integrate & Orchestrate: Connect LLMs and external systems using MCP and/or RAG architectures.
• Optimize Performance: Fine-tune prompts and AI workflows to ensure maximum accuracy and system efficiency.
• Engineered Connectivity: Collaborate with frontend teams to expose APIs for micro frontends, supporting real-time streaming integrations (SignalR/WebSockets).
• Architect for Scale: Contribute to system architecture, focusing on scalability, observability, and cloud-native excellence.
• Deploy with Precision: Support containerization and deployment using Docker and Kubernetes within an Agile, product-driven environment.

The Core (Must-Have):

• 5+ Years of Engineering: 
  • Deep experience in software development with Python, Java, .Net, or similar languages.
  • Familiarity with Microservices, Micro frontend architecture
• AI Foundations: 
  • Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI
  • Prompt engineering
  • Embeddings and vector search  (RAG)
• ML Fundamentals:  
  • Understanding of the ML pipeline (data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation)
  • Experiment with fine-tuning pre-trained models (BERT, GPT-based or Ollama)
• Infrastructure: 
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or On-premises)
  • Mastery of containerization (Github, Docker, Kubernetes) and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Communication: Fluent English to collaborate with global clients and cross-functional "Sherpa" teams.
