For one of our clients, TOG Recruitment is looking for a HR Operational Management, to work in Ho Chi Minh City. Our client is from the Netherlands, and they are a global leader in pharmacy automation. They manufacture advanced high-end products and provide innovative solutions for the safe distribution of medications. They challenge themselves to combine technology, creativity, and their insights to create progressive, efficient, and unique systems that can improve patients’ lives. Cooperation with various partners makes our client a strong brand. They do all this with a team of about 80 employees in the Netherlands and 21 employees in Vietnam.
This position will cover HR administration, preparing accounting documentation and general office management.
When you are a well-organized, reliable, and cooperative personality and good pressure resistance, a positive thinker, logically thinking, proactive, result oriented with strong work ethics, able to get well with the team as well as contribute to building a great work culture, highly organized and able to develop systems and processes, prioritize, schedule tasks etc. Distributed time allocation will be HR (50%) Financial (30%), Legal (10%) and Administration (10%). Your English is Advanced / Fluent(ish) in English and with a minimum 10 years' working experience, living in Ho Chi Minh City, looking for a long term commitment position, this will be a perfect match.
Our client is looking for a trusted professional who in the future will manage the whole back office and (possibly) guide the process of opening a company limited in 2026.
