- Participate in UI/UX design projects for factory device monitoring systems, focusing on HMI interfaces and industrial dashboards.
- Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually consistent UIs for monitoring screens, including control panels, dashboards, alarms, and real‑time data visualizations.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to analyze business requirements; proactively clarify unclear, missing, or ambiguous requirements.
- Ensure usability, consistency, and visual clarity across the entire monitoring solution ecosystem.
- Optimize UI elements for performance, readability, and interaction in industrial environments (large screens, high‑contrast environments, operator‑centric workflows).
- Apply UX best practices in real‑time data display, alarm prioritization, and effective information hierarchy.
- Coordinate usability testing, prototype validation, and iterative interface improvements based on feedback.
- Work with frontend‑related technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript basics) to support UI implementation and integration into .NET‑based systems.
- Document UI design guidelines, component standards, and workflow diagrams for development teams.

- Bachelor’s degree in design, Multimedia, Human‑Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related fields
- 1+ year experience in UI/UX design, preferably in dashboards, HMI applications, or industrial system interfaces.
- Strong logical thinking and adaptability to changing requirements
- Ability to work under pressure and manage high workload intensity.
- Open‑minded, willing to receive and incorporate feedback from multiple directions.
- Basic knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Basic English communication for working purposes.

- Experience designing monitoring systems, control interfaces, or factory device dashboards.
- Familiarity with Scala‑based systems or similar industrial monitoring platforms.
- Hands‑on experience with prototyping tools and conducting usability testing.
- Understanding of UX principles for real‑time systems and large‑scale industrial data visualization.
- Experience working with .NET, WPF, WinForms, or other UI frameworks for HMI/desktop apps.
