Role Objective

Lead analysis and planning for dental digital products. Ensure solutions meet business goals, user needs, and clinical workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements from clinic staff, dentists, technicians, suppliers, and end users.
• Define and refine features for: 
  • Clinic management systems 
  • Treatment workflows and patient records 
  • Procurement, inventory, and supply chain
  • Payments, invoicing, reconciliation, and gateway integrations
  • Warranty processes for services, equipment, and materials
  • Dental imaging workflows (photos, X-ray, 3D scans)
• Prepare BA documentation: BRD, MRD, User Stories, User Flows, basic Wireframes.
• Work closely with UI/UX, developers, and QA to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Support UAT, gather feedback, and recommend improvements.
• Track product usage, analyze data, and suggest enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare/Dentistry, or related fields.
• Fluent English communication
• Preferred certifications: PSPO, PMI-ACP, Agile/Scrum. 
• Healthcare or dental-related training is a plus.
• Able to travel abroad for training (1-month onsite training in South Korea).

Experience Requirements

• From 05 years as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Product Owner.
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience: requirement analysis, user stories, grooming, sprint ceremonies, and close teamwork with developers, QA, and UI/UX.
• Skilled in backlog management and feature prioritization.
• Familiar with dental clinic workflows: patient intake, treatment, materials, billing, and imaging.
• Experience working with sales, operations, CS, and marketing to align product and implementation processes.
• Able to analyze data, identify issues, and propose actionable improvements.
