Job Summary

Responsible for Quality Management of financial banking systems.

The candidate will apply professional project management standards to plan, execute, and monitor data flow quality across the entire system—from user interface to core banking systems.

Key Responsibilities

Plan Quality Management

• Develop detailed Test Strategy and Test Plan, clearly defining quality metrics and compliance requirements specific to the banking industry.
• Design Test Suite structure, ensuring full requirement coverage through a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).

Control Quality & Testing Execution

• Perform cross-platform testing: Mobile Apps, Internet Banking, and Core Banking systems. 
• Manage and control changes (Change Control) to ensure system updates do not break existing business logic.

Risk Management

• Proactively identify system quality risks, especially those related to security and data integrity in financial transactions.
• Propose contingency plans for critical failure scenarios.

Continuous Improvement

• Utilize quality management tools to conduct Root Cause Analysis of system defects.
• Optimize testing processes to shorten release cycles while maintaining output quality.

Technical & Management Requirements

QC Knowledge & Management Capability

• Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Proficient in creating and managing: Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, and Test Suites.
• Strong scope management mindset to ensure full test coverage without scope creep (Gold Plating).

Languages & Technologies

• Ability to read and understand programming languages. 
• Proficient in writing complex SQL queries to validate data integrity.

Tools

• Hands-on experience with Jira, Postman, and Playwright (Automation).

General Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of QC experience in Banking/Fintech.
• Experience in establishing QC processes from scratch for at least one medium-to-large scale project.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills.
• High attention to detail and precision-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in technical English.
