Overview: We are seeking an Applied AI Engineer who treats Large Language Models not as magic, but as stochastic components that require engineering rigor. You will be responsible for building the core "brain" of our automation ecosystem, utilizing tools like Microsoft Copilot Studio, Gemini, and Claude to execute multi-step workflows. You will bridge the gap between low-code enterprise platforms and custom Python integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build agentic AI workflows and multi-agent systems for process automation.
• Build and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, integrating with Microsoft 365 services for enterprise deployment.
• Combine low-code solutions with custom Python scripting where needed to extend system capabilities.
• Build robust integrations between our AI agents and 3rd-party APIs, handling rate limits, retries, and authentication within agent workflows.
• Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines connecting LLMs to corporate knowledge bases and documents.

• 2-5+ years of professional experience as an AI Engineer, Software Engineer (Applied AI), or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain (specifically LangGraph for stateful agents) or raw API integration.
• Experience integrating GenAI models into real-world applications or enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of how to properly structure tool registries and define JSON schemas so models know when to use a tool versus when to generate text.
• Good English communication.
• Bonus: Experience designing, training, and deploying conversational bots or virtual assistants (e.g., using Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, or similar platforms) is a strong plus.
