Role Overview 

As a Business Analyst for AgreementGen, you will play a pivotal role in bridging business goals with technical execution. Youʼll work closely with product owners, designers, and engineers to translate user and market needs into clear, actionable requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering & Documentation

• Translate business objectives into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Maintain clear documentation of business rules, workflows, and dependencies.
• Work with stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure alignment across product, engineering, and design teams.

Data & Performance Insights

• Support product decisions using data from user analytics, usage reports, and A/B testing.
• Develop dashboards or frameworks to track product KPIs and user engagement.
• Provide insights on how new features or changes impact user experience and adoption.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Partner with designers to ensure user flows are intuitive and solve real user pain points.
• Collaborate with engineers to clarify logic, handle edge cases, and ensure smooth delivery.
• Work with QA to define test cases and validate business logic before release.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role in a tech or SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle (Agile/Scrum).
• Proven experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and flow diagrams.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools such as SQL, Google Analytics, or Hotjar.
• Experience with AI-powered products or document management systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex needs into actionable insights.
• Detail-oriented, data-driven, and passionate about building products users love.
