Real Estate Doc (REDOC) is a B2B software platform that breaks the norm by converting traditional real estate and banking documentation and workflow transactions digital!  

We are looking for young and motivated technically-skilled individuals to join us and be part of the change in digitising the real estate and banking industry! 

The Career Opportunity      

• Want to work for a Singapore-based Tech Company? We are looking for skilled Business Analysts to work with us and drive the change in the industry. 
• The Business Analyst (BA) plays a key role in bridging business objectives with technical execution. You will work closely with stakeholders across departments to gather and analyze requirements, design workflows, and support development teams to deliver scalable ERP and SaaS-based web applications. You’ll act as the translator between business needs and engineering realities, with a strong focus on digitization, automation, and user-centric design.

Your responsibilities:

1. Requirement Management

• Elicit and document business and user requirements through interviews, workshops, surveys, and on-site observation.
• Distinguish clearly between business needs, user expectations, and system constraints.
• Write and maintain BRD, FSD, SRS, user stories, and use cases.
• Prioritize requirements using MoSCoW, Value vs Effort Matrix.

2. Process Modeling & Documentation

• Design wireframes, user flows, process diagrams, and mockups (via Figma, Lucidchart).
• Maintain requirement traceability in tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Clearly log change requests and impact assessments with proper stakeholder sign-off.

3. SDLC Engagement

• Support all SDLC phases: Discovery, Development, UAT, and Deployment.
• Work within Agile frameworks based on project context

4. Technical & System Understanding

• Understand modern web application architecture, including Frontend, Backend, APIs and databases.
• Actively participate in technical discussions with client-side engineers and solution architects to understand implementation feasibility and constraints.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to translate business requirements into clear data models, and system behavior.
• Provide rough effort estimates and assist in timeline negotiation based on technical complexity, dependencies, and constraints.
• Proactively identify and explain potential technical blockers, security concerns, or architectural limitations when clients raise feature requests or change requirements.
• Understand and interpret common system error codes or integration failures to guide clients and internal teams toward quick resolution.

5. Stakeholder & Communication Management

• Facilitate alignment between business and tech teams via meetings, reports, and status updates.
• Communicate findings, issues, and proposals effectively in both verbal and written forms.
• Produce clear documentation: meeting minutes, training guides, user manuals.

6. Product & Project Contribution

Support QA team in preparing test scenarios and validating acceptance criteria.

Participate in sprint reviews and release planning sessions.

• At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in large scale ERP System and Banking domain
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, web architecture, databases.
• Strong Ability to translate business requirements into functional, non-functional, and technical requirements
• Strong spoken and written English skills
• Understanding of Agile and experience working in Agile driven environments with working knowledge of Agile tools (JIRA/Confluence)
• Ability in using suitable tools for business modeling, drawing business flows/diagrams, wireframing such as Balsamiq, Figma…
• Strong presentation skills; able to translate technical detail into business context.
• Experienced with UI/UX, and with a user centric mindset or understanding
• Experience with financial and document management technology is a plus
