We’re hiring a young-talent Data Analyst to join the SnOP team (Supply Network and Operations Planning), working directly on turning warehouse and transport data into actionable insights that improve day-to-day operations and long-run planning.

What You’ll Do?

Planning & Operations:

• Build demand plans based on commercial inputs (campaigns, events, growth targets).
• Translate demand into operational needs (items, parcels, capacity, workforce).
• Provide clear inflow/outflow visibility to support warehouse & transport planning.
• Support budgeting and resource planning across logistics operations.

Analytics & Performance:

• Track FFM and end-to-end logistics performance against targets.
• Analyze data to identify gaps, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• Define and standardize KPI logic for consistent performance measurement.
• Build reports and data models that support decision-making.

Projects & Improvement:

• Support network design and optimization (cost vs service trade-offs)
• Drive improvement initiatives (routing, capacity, process changes, make vs buy)
• Work with product/tech teams to translate operational needs into system changes
• Spend time on the ground to validate data and understand real operations

Are you the one?

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics or related analytical fields.
• Fluent SQL & BI tools — core requirement.
• 2+ years in supply chain, logistics, or operational analytics (E-commerce, Logistics, or FMCG is a plus).
• Understanding or hands-on experience with planning systems.
• Able to turn data into insights and communicate them clearly.
• Able to work across team — commercial, operations, product, and finance.
• Ownership mindset: ask questions, seek clarity, follow the data
• Able to work and present in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience in consulting or optimization projects.
• Python/R for analysis or automation.
