Tóm tắt công việc
- Maintain, enhance, and ensure the stability of the Core Banking System
- Troubleshoot bugs, incidents, and optimize system performance in both production and non-production environments
- Develop and improve backend (server-side) functionalities using C/C++ or C-based frameworks
- Perform database query tuning and manage Oracle SQL/PLSQL systems
- Participate in development of banking modules such as: Accounting (GL, reconciliation), Loan, Deposit, Card, FX, and Payment Channels
- Collaborate with project team, developers, and business stakeholders
- Support integration with external systems (payment gateway, eWallet, Napas, SBV, etc.)
- Write technical documentation (design docs, API specs, release notes)
- Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality standards
- Monitor systems, support production issues, and perform root cause analysis
- Submit weekly progress reports and incident reports

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in backend development
- Strong experience with C/C++ (or C-based languages)
- Solid knowledge of Oracle SQL/PLSQL and database tuning
- Proficiency in building terminal/screen interfaces with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience working in Linux/Unix environments
- Experience in banking, finance, or fintech systems is highly preferred
- Familiarity with ISO8583, payment gateway protocols, or system integration is an advantage
- Understanding of banking domains (Loan, Deposit, Card, FX, Channel) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under pressure
- Good written communication skills in English
