Job description:

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, alignment with business objectives, and effective collaboration across teams. You will work closely with clients, engineers, cross-functional teams, and other stakeholders to effectively manage project scope, resources, risks, and execution strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage AI-powered device development projects from initiation to launch.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business teams, to remove roadblocks and drive execution.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication and alignment between teams, ensuring clear objectives and priorities.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations at all levels.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in product-based companies and managing projects for large US clients.
• Proven track record in managing complex projects in a matrixed environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and risk management skills.
• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese in both verbal and written communication.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Experience managing AI-powered device development projects is a plus.
