We are looking for a Technical Leader/ Technical Architect with strong Fullstack .NET development experience to lead technical execution and support project delivery for Japanese clients. This role focuses mainly on Backend development (70%) while also contributing to Frontend development (30%), system architecture, CI/CD design, and technical mentoring for the development team.
- Lead and support the development team in designing and implementing high-quality software solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain Fullstack applications using .NET technologies and modern Frontend frameworks.
- Focus primarily on Backend architecture, API development, system integration, and performance optimization.
- Contribute to Frontend development and UI implementation when required.
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment efficiency and system reliability.
- Review source code, technical designs, and deliverables to ensure coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with PL/ PM, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Support troubleshooting, issue analysis, and technical risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor and guide team members in technical skills and development best practices.
- Participate in technical discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform other tasks assigned by Manager.
- Working time: Mon-Fri, Hybrid working mode

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in software development, including at least 3 years as a Technical Leader role.
- Strong experience in Fullstack .NET development:
- Backend (~70%):
- ASP.NET Core / .NET Framework / Web API
- RESTful API design
- Database design & optimization (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.)
- Frontend (~30%):
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- Modern frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular
- Strong Backend mindset with experience in system architecture and scalable application design.
- Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
- Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes.
- Basic in Japanese (N4+ level or equivalent).
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
