• Implement, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux and Windows operating systems for cloud systems.
• Monitor and analyze OS-level indicators such as CPU, memory, disk/filesystem usage, and processes to ensure system stability and performance.
• Configure, operate, and manage cloud infrastructure resources including AWS EC2, Application Load Balancer (ALB), Security Groups, and related services.
• Configure, monitor, and respond to events using AWS CloudWatch Logs, Metrics, Alarms, and monitoring dashboards.
• Design, build, and maintain AWS CloudWatch Dashboards to track key operational and performance metrics.
• Develop, operate, and maintain AWS Lambda functions and OS-level automation scripts (Shell, PowerShell) to improve operational efficiency.
• Perform infrastructure and security health checks, including reviewing and resolving recommendations from AWS Trusted Advisor.
• Support incident handling, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for cloud and OS-related issues.
• Create, maintain, and update technical and operational documentation for assigned systems and tasks.
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure stable, secure, and continuous cloud operations.
• Follow operational standards, security policies, and best practices in cloud environments.

[Required]

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience or strong foundational knowledge of Linux and/or Windows operating systems.
• Ability to monitor systems, analyze issues, and perform troubleshooting at OS and infrastructure levels.
• Basic understanding of cloud environments and infrastructure concepts.
• Knowledge of cloud security fundamentals and best practices.
• Experience with scripting or automation for OS or cloud operations (Shell, PowerShell, or similar).
• Ability to write clear, structured, and concise technical and operational documentation.
• Good teamwork attitude, responsibility, and willingness to learn new technologies.

[Preferred]

• Basic understanding or hands-on experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience configuring and operating AWS services including EC2, VPC, IAM, ALB, S3, CloudWatch, and Lambda.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and alarm configuration in cloud environments.
• Awareness of infrastructure security checks, compliance, and operational controls.
• Candidates who do not fully meet all technical requirements but demonstrate strong learning ability, positive attitude, and growth potential are encouraged to apply.
• Basic English communication skills (TOEIC 550 or equivalent is a plus).
