JOB OVERVIEW

The UI/UX Designer will design and optimize user interfaces and experiences across web and mobile platforms, ensuring usability, aesthetics, and alignment with business objectives. This role requires creativity, user-centered thinking, and collaboration with product, engineering, and marketing teams. Experience in Contact Center platforms, and Re-sales systems, etc... is highly valued to deliver designs tailored to complex enterprise environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct user research and translate insights into design solutions.
  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and final UI for web and mobile applications.
  • Build and maintain a Design System for consistency across products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement designs effectively.
  • Optimize workflows and interfaces for Contact Center solutions, and Re-sales platforms, etc...
  • Test and iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics.
  • Ensure accessibility, usability, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Stay updated with design trends and emerging technologies.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in UI/UX design.
  • Proven track record designing for Contact Center solutions, or Re-sales systems, E-com, warehouse management system, etc...
  • Proficiency in design tools: Figma (must have), Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision.
  • Strong understanding of design processes, prototyping, and user testing.
  • Experience designing for multiple devices and screen sizes.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
  • Ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders
  • Basic English communication
