• Develop business case studies, clearly defining objectives, scope, and deliverables for AI projects.
• Design and develop prototypes for machine learning and AI applications.
• Develop AI software using technologies such as LLM, Computer Vision, OCR, NLP, Multi-Agent Systems, and Speech Recognition.
• Integrate AI solutions into the company's products and services.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other machine learning engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Implement scalable AI systems and pipelines, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers and product managers, to build AI solutions that solve customer problems.

• Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in developing AI models
• Excellent programming skills, especially with Python, C++
• Extensive experience in Computer Vision and OCR, including extracting information from scanned documents.
• Experience integrating AI into products and services, ensuring AI solutions meet business needs.
• Deep understanding of LLMs and their applications such as Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Team management experience, having led a team of at least 3 AI engineers.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to present complex AI topics to various audiences.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, ready to work with global partners.
