The QC Team Lead is responsible for leading and managing the Quality Control team to ensure the delivery of high‑quality software products. This role acts as a bridge between development teams and stakeholders, driving testing strategies, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of quality across the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, mentor, and manage the QC team, ensuring effective task allocation and performance tracking.
- Develop and maintain test strategies, test plans, and test cases for projects.
- Ensure testing activities meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and define testing scope.
- Implement and continuously improve testing processes (manual and automation).
- Monitor and report on testing progress, analyze defects, and recommend corrective actions.
- Promote the use of test management tools (e.g., Jira, Xray, TestRail) and integrate automation testing where applicable.
- Provide training and guidance to enhance team members’ skills and career growth.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.
- Hands‑on experience with test management tools (Jira, Xray, TestRail, Zephyr).
- Ability to design test cases, test plans, and analyze test results.
- Experience with automation testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in English for reading technical documentation and effective communication.
