- Design, implement, and operate enterprise Data Governance initiatives.
- Build and manage Data Quality frameworks and monitoring processes.
- Implement and maintain Data Security and Access Control mechanisms.
- Develop and operate Metadata Management, Data Catalog, and Data Lineage capabilities.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Analysts, Business Units, and Information Security teams to establish governance standards.
- Evaluate, implement, and operate enterprise Data Governance tools.

Yêu cầu công việc
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Data Governance, Data Quality, Metadata Management, or Data Security.
- Practical implementation experience with one or more of the following tools:
- Apache Ranger
- OpenMetadata
- Apache Atlas
- DataHub
- Great Expectations
- Collibra
- Microsoft Purview
- Informatica Data Quality (or similar)
- Strong experience in:
- Data Quality Management
- Metadata Management
- Data Catalog & Data Lineage
- Data Access Management
- Data Classification
- Sensitive Data Protection
- Experience working with modern data platforms such as Trino, Hive, Iceberg, Spark, Kafka, StarRocks, or similar technologies is a strong advantage.
Nice to have
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Securities, or Fintech.
- Knowledge of DAMA-DMBOK, DCAM, or other Data Governance frameworks.
- Experience implementing enterprise-scale Data Governance solutions.
