Tóm tắt công việc

• Thu thập, phân tích và chuyển đổi yêu cầu nghiệp vụ thành tài liệu chức năng. / Gather, analyze, and transform business requirements into functional documentation.
• Là cầu nối giữa business khách hàng và đội ngũ kỹ thuật. / Act as a bridge between the client's business stakeholders and the technical team.
• Workshop với khách hàng để phân tích nghiệp vụ. / Conduct workshops with clients to perform deep-dive business analysis.
• Viết BRD, FSD, SRS, User Stories. / Author key project documents, including BRD, FSD, SRS, and User Stories.
• Làm việc chặt chẽ với SA/PM/Dev để đưa ra giải pháp phù hợp. / Collaborate closely with SA, PM, and Developers to propose appropriate solutions.
• Xác định rule nghiệp vụ, validation logic. / Define business rules and validation logic.
• Hỗ trợ SIT/UAT, viết test case nghiệp vụ. / Support SIT/UAT processes and develop business test cases.
• Xác nhận kết quả UAT với khách hàng. / Verify and obtain UAT sign-off from clients.
• Quản lý backlog và thay đổi yêu cầu (CR). / Manage product backlogs and handle Change Requests (CR).
• Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên / Perform other duties as requested by superiors.

• Thời gian làm việc: 8h30 – 5h30 từ thứ 2 – thứ 6. / Working hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday – Friday.
• Thu nhập hấp dẫn. / Attractive income. 
• Nhận đủ 100% lương trong thời gian thử việc 2 tháng. / Full salary paid during the 2-month probation period. 
• Xét tăng lương hằng năm dựa trên hiệu suất và mức độ đóng góp. / Annual salary review based on performance and contribution. 
• 15 ngày phép năm, tăng dần theo thâm niên. / 15 days of annual leave, plus seniority leave increases with years of working. 
• Thưởng cuối năm/ thưởng hiệu suất theo kết quả kinh doanh của công ty. / Year-end bonus/ performance bonus based on the business performance.

• Hoạt động nội bộ: Du lịch công ty, Tiệc cuối năm, các CLB thể thao (bóng đá, cầu lông, chạy bộ, pickleball…), Happy Hour (08/03, 20/10, 19/11, 01/06, Giáng Sinh, Tết…) / Internal Activities: Company trips, Year-End Party, sports clubs (football, badminton, running, pickleball…), Happy Hours (08/03, 20/10, 19/11, 01/06, Christmas, Lunar New Year, etc.).
• Hỗ trợ chi phí di chuyển áp dụng đối với nhân viên có khoảng cách từ nhà đến nơi làm việc >15km và bố trí gửi xe miễn phí tại văn phòng công ty. / Mobility allowance for employees whose home-to-work distance is >15km and free internal parking area.

• Đồ ăn nhẹ và thức uống tại văn phòng. / Snacks and beverages.

• Tốt nghiệp Đại học/Cao đẳng trở lên các ngành có liên quan. / Bachelor’s degree or higher, majoring in related disciplines.
• Kinh nghiệm làm Product / triển khai sản phẩm về chứng khoán: Cổ phiếu, trái phiếu, chứng chỉ quĩ, phái sinh… ở các công ty chứng khoán, công ty cung cấp giải pháp chứng khoán. / Experience in Product Management or product deployment within the Securities domain (Stocks, Bonds, Fund Certificates, Derivatives, etc.) at securities firms or securities solution providers.
• Trên 4 năm kinh nghiệm trong đó có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm về chứng khoán. / 4+  years of overall experience, including a minimum of 2 years specifically within the Securities industry.
• Hiểu sâu một trong các mảng BFSI: Lending, Digital Banking, eKYC, Trading, Settlement… / Deep understanding of at least one BFSI domain: Lending, Digital Banking, eKYC, Trading, Settlement, etc.
• Am hiểu các mô hình quản lý dự án Waterfall, Scrum hoặc Agile. / Understand about project management with Waterfall, Scrum or Agile methodologies.
• Biết viết BRD/FSD/SRS. / Expertise in authoring BRD, FSD, and SRS documents.
• Có kiến thức cơ bản về UI/UX, API, data flow. / Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles, APIs, and data flows.
• Có khả năng mô tả process bằng Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), Unified Modeling Language (UML). / Ability to model processes using BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) and UML (Unified Modeling Language).
• Giao tiếp tốt với khách hàng (business + IT). / Excellent communication skills with both business and IT stakeholders.
• Kỹ năng phân tích logic mạnh. / Strong logical analysis and analytical thinking.
• Kỹ năng trình bày, workshop. / Proven presentation and workshop facilitation skills.
• Quản lý thay đổi, quản lý kỳ vọng. / Proficient in change management and expectation management.
• Đối với vị trí Lead cần có kinh nghiệm lead teamsize từ 3 – 4 member. /For the Lead position, candidates should have experience leading a team of 3–4 members.
