 About Us

[Shinda Technology] is a Taiwan-based systems integrator providing website, platform, and system integration solutions. We have an established development team in Vietnam. As our overseas business grows, we are looking for a team member who can bridge technology and client communication to help us deliver projects in the Southeast Asian market.

Responsibilities

1. Act as the bridge between clients and development teams: clarify requirements, confirm scope, and translate them into actionable technical specifications and work items.
2. Travel to Singapore as needed to conduct requirement interviews, present solutions, and support system implementation and user acceptance with clients.
3. Collaborate with development teams in Taiwan and Vietnam to track project progress, risks, and quality, ensuring on-time delivery.
4. Participate in technical solution planning, helping to evaluate system architecture, integration approaches, and feasibility.
5. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including requirement documents, meeting minutes, and test and go-live plans.
6. Handle post-launch issue reports and troubleshooting, coordinating the resources needed to resolve them.

1. Fluent in English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing), at a level suitable for client meetings and formal documentation; basic conversational Mandarin Chinese is required.
2. IT background with experience in at least one of the following:
   1. Software development / system implementation: Experience in software development or system implementation; able to discuss technical details directly with clients and solve problems hands-on.
   2. IT project management: Experience in IT project management with a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle; able to communicate technical issues effectively with engineers.
3. Willing to travel to Singapore (frequency depends on project needs).
4. Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to build consensus among multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Familiarity with web technologies such as Angular, ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, and Azure.
2. Experience working in cross-border teams or remote collaboration.
3. Understanding of information security standards and practices (e.g., OWASP).
4. Vietnamese language skills.
