What you will do?
• Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet project requirements and changing needs.
• Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities.
• Manage project budget and day-to-day operational aspects of a project timeline and scope.
• Effectively apply development methodology, delivery process and quality standard.
• Review and validate deliverables prepared by you and by your team before passing to client, including requirement specifications, release plan, project reports, communication (email) records, design specifications, meeting minutes, status reports…
• Prepare and conduct project monthly reviews and quality assurance/audit procedures.
• Minimize exposure and risk on project.
• Track and report team hours and expenses on a weekly basis.
• Report to Service and Delivery manager
