• Managing about 15~25 members of Validation Team of more than 3 projects;
• Formulation and implementation of Software Testing strategies;
• Resource management (allocation, monitoring, motivating, etc);
• Preparation/review of test plans;
• Preparation/review of test reports;
• Training and mentoring;
• Working with internal and external teams to ensure testing of a high standard is undertaken;
• Monitoring test progress, tracking project bugs and project KPIs;
• Organizing and leading initiatives to improve test processes;
• Effectively communicating status, issues, and needs to the team, management, and internal customers;
• Working closely with Validation Team;
• Reporting directly to Team Leader.
• Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent;
• At least 5 years experienced in managing software test team (15~ 25 members);
• At least 2 years experienced in managing multiple projects;
• More than 10 years of testing experience;
• Advanced knowledge of software testing theories and practices;
• Resource & project planning experience;
• Creating and managing of test plans;
• Experience in building and executing Test strategies;
• Proficiency in written and spoken English;
• Making report and presentation skill;
• Good problem solving;
• Leadership and stakeholder management skills;
• Professional approach and positive attitude to work;
• Logical thinking and design analysis ability;
• Self-motivated and proactive.
These skills would be considered as an advantage but not the must:
• Automotive (especially IVI: In Vehicle Infotainment) and ASPICE experience;
• Formal testing qualifications ISTQB;
• Software embedded test experience;
• Automation test experience.
