We are looking for Product Training Manager. Work objective is to plan curriculum, prepare material and deliver high-quality training sessions to YouNet SI clients to provide them solid understanding of Bitrix24 products.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct a review of end user’s training needs to design customized training curriculum, develop training methods and training material.
- Deliver training through a variety of options based on end user learning styles: live, tutorial, or train-the-trainer.
- Continually keep training method and assets relevant and up-to-date to ensure user’s confidence and satisfaction in using product.
