Duties
• Implement upgrade, extension, and renewal facilities
• Supervise and administer company communication network
• Ensure protection of computer facilities (organize and maintain safety of access security control and virus protection)
• Ensure correct tracking of user problems and provide prompt responses to these problems
• Solve user problems as instructed by IT manager/division manager/directors
Education and/or Experience
• Bachelor degree in Information Technology (IT), Telecommunication or relevant major
• Proven working experience as IT Helpdesk or similar role is an advantage
• Fresher is welcome
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Good knowledge in TCP/IP protocol suite
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
• Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous projects at one time
• Friendly, helpful & resourceful
• Good communication skill
• English proficiency is a plus
