• Work closely with TA Manager and Hiring Managers to implement recruiting strategy
• Be in charge of an end-to-end recruitment procedure for our technical hiring request.
• Play key role to initiate all potential recruitment resources
• Build and implement activities to broadcast brand name of company for talent attraction
• Welcome and conduct the orientation training for new hires
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports
• B.S/M.S in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related major
• At least 1 year of internal recruiting experience or headhunting service, preferred in IT industry
• Familiarity with online job searching websites (ITJobs.com.vn, VietnamWorks, ItViec, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Extensive knowledge of applicant tracking system
• Proficiency in MS Office and English
• Excellent cooperation and communication skills
• Be Responsible and proactive team player
• Ability to work independently
• Working knowledge of IT industry is a big advantage
