- Work with the hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, update JDs and propose suitable solutions under specific timelines
- Work with the sourcing team and the campaign manager to address the right candidates (they will support you in searching CVs and running email/SMS campaigns)
- A minimum of 4 years’ of experience in end-2-end recruitment (sourcing until on-boarding)
- Experience in executive search firms or high-tech companies (a big plus)
- Ability to communicate in English fluently (required)
- A high-performance record and a valuable industry network
- Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, time management skills, problem solving skills, and critical thinking skills
- Be result-oriented, self-motivated, self-confident, self-disciplined and a self-starter (edited)
