Job Purpose *
Applications problem resolution for all Vietnam users by performing question/problem diagnosis and guiding users through step-by-step solutions; clearly communicate technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner; provide one-on-one end-user training as needed; and perform related work as required.
Key Responsibilities: Involve in the daily supporting, monitoring and fixing incidents.
• Besides undertaking daily BAUs, the candidate must actively self-study and develop new knowledge in various fields.
In addition, the candidate needs to undertake development works and do maintenance on any existing systems or projects.
• Play role of troubleshooting for issues/problems originating from applications in production environment.
• Do planning/documentation for developing/supporting tasks, progress reports to managers and adhere to delivery schedules.
• Support for various members from different teams on daily works related production environment
• Involve in monitoring, enhancing performance, user experience.

Your Skills and Experience
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer Science/MIS/BIS or related.
• Additional certifications/2nd degree is an advantage
Required Competencies and Skills:
• Strong knowledge Command Line (Bash, Powershell, …)
• Solid knowledge and experience in Application Architecture (visualizing application structure and pin point key components)
• Critical & Logical Thinking and Analyzing skills are required
• Experience in Java/.Net technology is an advantage
• Experience in MySQL/SQL Server (minimum 1 year)
• Experience in Log Monitoring (knowledge in ELKS/GrayLog is an advantage)
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is an advantage
• Ability to learn new languages and technologies
• Communication skills are nice to have
Relevant Work Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Application Support or related positions
• Experiences in Banking / Insurance / FinTech / E-commerce is an advantage
