***Your Role and Responsibilities :
• The Test Specialist understands the business requirements, designs and executes test cases in order to achieve an optimal requirement coverage.
• She or he participates in the test design and architecture of the application and is able to fulfill the tasks according to the test strategy. Assists more junior members of the team and controls their work where applicable.
• Attention to details
• The Test Specialist will be part of a Test Center with several testing paths possible to be followed: Business Testing, Infrastructure and Environment Testing, Load- and Performance Testing, Test Data Management, Test Architecture and Test Automation.
*Required Professional and Technical Expertise:
• Experience in Software Testing in at least one of the testing paths described above.
• Experience in test method, test design, test execution, test documentation, reporting and specification.
• Experience in understanding, creating and adapting the test architecture.
• Experience in understanding, creating and adapting the test strategy.
• General overview on the Software Development Lifecycle.
• Good communication skills, as this job implies discussions and clarifications with several teams and roles
• English – Fluent
+ For Automation Tester:
• Experience in Test Automation for Mobile with Appium, Java, Cucumber
• Java development know-how
• Understanding the role and goal of Test Automation
• Min. 2 years’ experience in Testing overall
• Min. 1 year experience in Test Automation
*** Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise:
• ISTQB Foundation is a plus.
• Experience in BackEnd Testing
• Experience in E2E testing (more components involved)
• Mobile Testing (Android, iOS, different OS Versions, different Device types)
• Working Agile, with Scrum or Kanban
• Business Analyst experience
• German language
