- Use data mining techniques to identify relationships within User Experience data and establish casual relationship between user experience and digital product performance
- Identify trend based on available data/metrics/reports/dashboards, proactively deep dive into causation of the trend and ultimately convert to actionable business insights
- Working closely with UX researchers to provide most valuable insights by integrating between qualitative and quantitative data; create measurements for user experience and finetune those measurements
- Support to build key metrics, reports and dashboards focusing on digital product’s performance
- Design & support tools which automate processes or reporting as needed
- Creatively explore how to use data to continually add value to Home Credit.
- Assist with data gathering strategies to ensure alignment with corporate goals and objectives
- Identifies new opportunities for data gathering to fill gaps in existing models and/or enhance models in order to drive higher levels of performance throughout the organization
- 2 years experience with strong data analysis, data verification and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to provide comprehensive communication/ presentation about the results of data analysis
- Ability to translate data to strategic implications for the business
- Advanced knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power point).
- SQL database queries into DWH and PL/SQL knowledge
- Area of Study: Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Operations Research, Statistics or related field
- Fluent in English
