** Your role
We are seeking a highly-skilled, professional Delivery Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. In this position, you will oversee all projects in the Software Development department in terms of clients services management, resources, and technical matters companywide. You will work collaboratively with clients, the development team, the company board of management, and various stakeholders within the company to ensure the delivery of all products in an efficient, timely manner.
** Responsibilities
• Work directly with BoD and discuss company strategy in general and company technical stack.
• Oversee and manage all projects of the software development team.
• Work with the marketing department, sales department, and Management team on new sales and business development.
• Ensure software development standards and practices are followed carefully.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation; Foresee resource availability across multiple categories to optimal resource utilization.
• Manage client and connect the client with PM and the team.
• Lead and motivate the Software Development team, supervise and evaluate team leaders, and provide them advice and solutions to solve the occurred issues if any.
• Take part in the talent selection process as a functional interviewer, take initiative in improving reports, processes, and workflow, and client outcomes.
• Oversee assigned personnel for projects. Assigns work and provides direction with regard to timeliness and completion of project objectives. Addresses performance issues within prescribed guidelines. Provides performance input upon completion of the project.
• Actively participate as a leader in building up the company culture.
• Working with the HR department to develop and manage the career path program, and training program.
• Collaboration with HR to manage employee performance evaluation.
• Proven experience in project estimation, budget control, people management, and risk management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline or equivalent combination of training and relevant experience.
• Minimum 7 years of project management experience managing a team of 30-100 people.
• Having knowledge in software development, software architecture, and technical background knowledge to be able to discuss with the Software Development department.
• Having a large view in the movement of technology, be active with new technologies.
• Having knowledge of Network, Database systems design, AWS, Azure is preferred.
• PMP or CSM certification preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation and documentation skills.
• Be able to effectively communicate to people at all levels – colleagues, key stakeholders, senior management across the organization.
• Ability to manage and complete multiple concurrent projects with aggressive deadlines.
• Fluent in English speaking and writing.
