• Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP FICO.
• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide
appropriate system solutions due to customer requirements.
• Map business requirements, processes, and objectives; develop necessary product
modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
• Design, customize, configure and testing of FI/CO modules. Identify gaps, and issues and give solutions.
• Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software
problems.
• Proactively identify and propose business processes and/or system enhancements.
• Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.
• Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
• Implement change management execution by developing training material, delivering training, and supporting users post cutover
• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in the related field is preferable.
• Minimum 3 years experience up for a full cycle of SAP implementation and have knowledge of core FICO Module.
• Experience in FICO integration points with other SAP modules like MM, HR, PP and PM.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time
• Understanding of accounting business processes.
• Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective.
• Analytical and presentation skills.
• Interpersonal skills, good teamwork player.
• English is a must.
• Able to travel outside Hanoi and overseas.
