We are looking for a talent Employer Branding (EB) executive to join our TAPTAP team. In this role, you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and Marketing to identify branding challenges and find innovative ways to attract talent.
Your creative vision will help the team elevate our content strategy and produce breakthrough candidate attraction and engagement content. Your first focus will be on content including careers website landing pages, blog posts, simple video content, podcasts, and campaign graphics.
- Partner with Marketing and Talent Acquisition teams to create content for a wide-ranging set of employer branding marketing needs, such as social media content (Facebook, Tiktok, LinkedIn, career site, etc.) and internal employer branding
- Plan and implement employer branding activities both internally and externally.
- Identify and highlight the key employment differentiators that set TAPTAP apart from our competitors
- Support Employee Value Proposition and candidate experience research and activation
- Review and advise on careers website landing page submissions and recommend and implement improvements to the TAPTAP careers website.
- Optimizing and experimenting to improve metrics driving our attraction and engagement efforts
- Communicate our brand personality internally and align the company around foundational concepts, ensuring consistency with the tone of voice and brand messaging.
- Create content for storytelling, videos, and articles for social media and other channels
- Audit, update and collaborate to maintain on brand touchpoints in the candidate journey
- Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources Management, Communication, Marketing or similar relevant field
- Proficient in writing formal internal and external communications
- 2 - 3 years of experience working in communication, employer branding and social media management.
- Familiar with common publishing/editorial tools (imaging, video, text, etc)
- Experience developing digital marketing metrics, reporting, and using data to make process improvements
- Excitement for new ideas and engaging ways we can bring our culture and career opportunities.
- Strong problem-solving agility, communication, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated teamwork and ability to prioritize across multiple contending priorities
- Experience in project management
