Overview:
A digital marketing specialist in Magestore is mainly responsible for generating Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). This role will research, analyze market insights, then plan, and implement IMC (Integrated Marketing Communication) activities to maximize the number of MQLs.
Responsibilities
- Collect market and customer insights and build an overall lead generation strategy that aligns with the team’s OKRs and KPIs
- Execute lead generation activities on Magestore’s digital channels such as SEO, email marketing, and social media to achieve the team goals
- Conduct weekly and monthly relevant reports to measure and optimize marketing performance

Must-have:
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, especially in lead generation activities with positive results
- Acute data-driven mindset, with skills to identify, analyze trends, insights and suggest actionable campaigns
- Ability to build a yearly and quarterly digital marketing strategy
- Strong copywriting skills and a good eye for product imagery
- Practical experiences in email marketing, CRM, or related field
Other requirements:
- Demonstrated experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google My Business)
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills as Magestore targets the global market (minimum IELTS 7.0, writing & speaking 6.0)
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on own initiatives
- Experience in B2B digital marketing, technology industry, retail, Magento platform, Agile mindset, or related fields is a plus
- Familiarity with ActiveCampaign and Wordpress is a plus
