• Collaborate with product managersand end usersto analyze functional and non-functional business requirements
• Closely collaborate with frontendengineers and productmanagers to designand implement features that are efficient and scalable
• Responsible for design, implementation, maintenance and improvement of overall system architecture
• Responsible for design, implementation, maintenance and improvement of new and existing functionality, apply design changes to the architecture as it fits
• Closely collaborate with developers and architects from adjacent teams to ensureoverall alignment of system with overall Group architecture
• Mentor and support juniorsoftware engineers to help them grow and improve
• Support set up of highly motivated and performing DEV Team
• Continuously improve processes, standards and practices to assure highestproduct quality
