Position Objective:
This role is critical to ensure all health projects are delivered timely within approved budget
- Manage multiple health projects, plan and designate resources
- Manage all key stakeholders include cross-functions, external vendors
- Develop project budget, monitor expenditures and create tracking reports
- Cost/benefits evaluations and realization
- Risk managements
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage delivery and timeline of multiple health projects
- Designate responsibility for the project resources, deliverables, budget, timeline and any internal/external (vendor) third parties.
- Be accountable for the end-to-end Delivery of the Project work stream and manage all key Stakeholders
- Ensure Projects are broken down into clear milestones (requirements gathering, system development schedule, deployment, testing, UAT, post development support, adoption management)
- Report Project status/forecasting/budget to key stakeholders and business
- Identify and Manage Project Risk
- Ensure all Project Governance standards are met
- Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved
- Identify and manage relationships through effective communication with all stakeholders including third parties and acts as the primary point of contact.
- Perform all other duties assigned by line manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5-10 years of experience in Project Management
- Preferred Project Management certification, e.g. Prince2, PMP
- Preferred experience in Healthcare industry or in Digital health project management
- Strongly preferred Product Development skills and experiences
- Balance between business & technical mindset
- Detailed knowledge of project management techniques, methods and tools
- Direct work experience in project management of large scale, complex/multi-party enterprise delivery
- Proven experience in people management
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and organization skills
- Understanding of insurance organization's preferable
- Having excellent skills of managing senior stakeholders
- Proficient in English, both verbal and written
- Team player with strong desire for excellence
- Must be good at multi-tasking and be highly motivated to deal with the growing challenges in this field
